Request: Can somebody set me up a World Of Warcraft Private Server?

Hello, I'd first like to introduce myself as I'm new to the forums. I'm Nathaniel Suchy and I love playing World Of Warcraft recently I've been playing on World Of Warcraft Private Servers, and I've really enjoyed it. Now I'd like to give back and create my own private server. I'm not that smart though and I need help setting one up. Here is the basis of my project:
1) Setup a WOW Private Server
2) Setup a Website with Forums to register for and to talk about the WOW Private Server
3) I want a preconfigured client for my server in a .zip or .rar file

Could somebody please help me with this project? I would really appreciate it. I just bought a Windows VPS for this project, I have not touched it. I'll provide more details to whoever can help me. My skype is nathansuchy1234, Thank you in advance.
