    Going about converting files

Alright, since I've seen it done before, how would one convert The Butcher's model, even if I just give it anims from Ogres or something, to World of Warcraft?
I have the .app files for The butcher, and I know it would become a .m2 or a .wmo file if it's going to be used in a custom displayid for .morph.

I'd like to either request that someone explains the process, or does it for me (I can send the .zip containing all of Butcher's files.)
    Same goes for Unburied.

    Thanks.
