Movement Maps

I'm wanting to ad movement maps to my server. I know how to compile but I don't know where I can go to enable them. Is it possible someone that someone knows how to? Or is there a repack with MMaps enabled that i can use?

How do I do this? Where are they located? Iv'e never edited them before ._.
