Question about 3.3.5 servers

Hello! relatively new here and definitely new to private servers i've played a little bit of alpha using local host im wondering if i can use local host for a 3.3.5 server i dont want it connecting to the internet only i would be on it for messing around with noggit having fun with designing my own world

Yes, you just set the realmlist to 127.0.0.1 (this means your own computer, localhost).

In fact your computer will not let any other people connect by default. You need to tell your router to let traffic in and out on several ports in order to allow other people on different networks to connect.
