Small Private Server For Deployment

I'm in the military and have been requested by some of my fellow service members to put together a fun WoW server to use on our next deployment. There is already a non official LAN for us to use for gaming and file sharing. I'm hoping to find either a prepackaged server or simple detailed instruction for a server that would be easy to install, implement, and maintain. I'd like to at least have WoTLK content, but Cata or Pandaria would be nice if stable. Since there will only be a small handful (10-20) players who will regularly play, it would be nice for it to be a fun server with higher xp, higher lvl caps, etc. Internet access will be almost non-existent while abroad for any updates. Typically I would just spend some time researching and finding everything needed to do this myself, but unfortunately time is of the essence as we will be leaving for deployment very shortly. Any and all help anyone would be willing to provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

A really good repack I've used before is:

As for the funserver you can customize the settings in the config files. And the guides for getting it started are on that link.

i did this same thing when i was deployed.

I ran a wotlk server for over 1000+ people around many different bases
