Running TrinityCore (+Jeutie's Repack) Offline LAN

I am constantly noticing that no one has posted a thread based on running Trinity Offline LAN.

I have previously used eMux as my main source to run World of Warcraft, but now use Parallels Desktop™ 9 on my [B]Mac OS X (10.6.[B] to currently run the famous: Jeutie's Blizzlike Repack.

The problem is, I need the server to run completely OFFLINE for me and my friends at home. I have tried starting up the server but It says I need to run either mySQL or Apache to run auth and worldserver.
I believe that you need any internet source to run mySQL and Apache - Is there an alternative way to run Jeutie's Blizzlike Repack without any source of internet supply?

Pretty sure you'd still need mySQL and possible apache. mySQL is a database program that would store all your character info and stuff. Get those if you don't have them - they should work just fine.

Does mySQL require an internet connection? If not, your friends should be able to just connect to your local IP. Same goes for apache.
