Alterwow help please!

Okay,

So I'm very new to this whole mod-ing thing, but Im pretty smart and a fast learner.. I don't generally have a internet connection but hop down to my local mcdonalds every now and then to get some files i need or what not..

Here is my issue:
I am trying to run a repack (Alterwows Vanilla Repack) So that i can play on my own server at home. I have downloaded multiple guides and walkthroughs and I think my issue is somewhere in the Config of the Mangosd file.. the MySql runs and stays up... a redback ground if that means anything.

The realmd runs and stays up. I can even find the server ingame.. although it appears offline.

Mangosd runs and shuts down with the last line saying something about the Vmaps not working and the download a up to date assembler.. here is what the mangos thing says.

Im going to keep trying to find other repacks maybe thats my issue. i just dont know.

Read the damn error, extract new maps/vmaps or something or just stop using a cheap repack.
