Big Problem

Hello I just wanna say I am not expert at making server or something like this.I just have problem i can't fix.Today I download ArcEmu and I was trying to make a server.But when my friend try to connect it says "Connecting......" Then "Unable to connect" or "Server login down".I really don't know why.
There is my config.I also let arcemu work thru my firewall.And let all ports connect to my computer by advanced firewall options.

This is it.And btw. Yes I launch Apache,MySQL,logon arcemu and world arcemu.I am playing on 3.3.5a version of WoW and of ArcEmu.
And I can join my own game.

Reason: Connection timed out
