is it possible 3.3.5a server emulator with features of latest client patch like mist of pandaria??

i saw some private server have that features they already have pandaria race but the server is only 3.3.5

any recommendation about this features

It involves updating dbc files, functions within the core as well as updating the client. It's just stuff you'll have to teach yourself. The best guides you can maybe find have to do with adding cata stuff in WotLK servers.

The problem is it is different for everything.

So you find a M2 you want to backport? Well that's relatively simple. Some hexadecimal editing to fit the 3.3.5a structure which is fully documented on WoWDev wiki. But what if that M2 is a character? Well the format is slightly different again.

What if you want to backport interface changes like looting, character frame, dungeon journal, new char creation screen, leveling system...? These are all requiring different guides.

Then what about spells and DBC modifications and other such content? Everything is different and there is no feasible way to provide an up to date guide for everything.

You need to know programming, reverse engineering and data structures. Then you can backport almost anything in WoW.
