First a little about MaNGOS – MaNGOS was started by theLuda back in summer 2005. Since then MaNGOS has grown to be one of the best known server emulators to exist.

Many other emulators have branched from MaNGOS (Trinity, MangosR2, cmangos to name a few) but MaNGOS was the first
getMaNGOS is the name of the team and website currently developing MaNGOS and we're recruiting!

C++ Developer
getMaNGOS is looking for talented C++, programmers to continue working on the popular long running MaNGOS server core.

Requirements:
• Working bugs out with users on the getMaNGOS forums
• Working as part of a team
• Knowledge of working with Github
• Daily/weekly Meetings with other developers via Skype
(including occasional discussions with getMaNGOS founder theLuda). Our developers are mostly logged into skype 24/7
• Developers will sometimes be assigned tasks from senior developers


Database Programmer
We are looking for an experienced database programmer to add to and fix bugs with existing MaNGOS databases.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of working with Github
• Debugging the databases
• Applying fixes to the databases
• Reviewing fixes committed/submitted by members of the public
• Troubleshooting issues with users over the forums or with our C++ team via skype.
• Skype is needed as it is vital to our day-to-day running


Scripts Developer
We need additional programmers to join our scripts team!
Currently they are working on all versions of WOW – from Classic to Mists of Pandaria.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of working with Github
• Debugging server scripts
• Developing, Testing and applying fixes to previous expansions when they are found
• Reviewing fixes committed/submitted by members of the public
• Identify missing scripts & faults within existing scripts
• Knowledge of C++ and Sql
• Skype is needed as it is vital to our day-to-day running
