Hey guy's just a few questions and need some help and what not

First I need a link or something to the best Vanilla 1.12 repack or somewhere where i can compile my own


Also how do i edit the XP and Drop Rates what are Mid Blizzlike rates?

how do i make a custom items and put on server

how do i make it public without usinga program

and is there any links how to fix bugs and what not myself i would love to figure how to do this

i want to run my own classic vanilla server

also what kinda computer should i get to run about 1000 people on it and what windows is good for a server
