1.12 Custome Item Creator?

Hello, I am relatively new to the forums and I just got my private server up last week. Before making it public for my close friends, I wanted to make custom items. After numerous hours of research and attempts, however, it seems like a nearly impossible task. I tried using wow-v.com, Navicat, and HeidiSQL to no avail. I have a pretty good idea of how to get the sql files into my DB through the SQL programs, but I have read up on the internet that wow-v created files don't work with 1.12. When I try to load my custom item on both Navicat and HeidiSQL (separately of course because I tried both), I get the same error: [Err] 1054 - Unknown column 'unk0' in 'field list'. My main question is, how can I create custom items and import them into a 1.12 Mangos Server? If anyone could tell me or give me a link to a guide and/or item creator that makes sqls for 1.12, I'd really appreciate it.

Doesn't work with 1.12. Barely works with anything anymore, not even trinity was up to date last I used it.
