Heya, Ownedcore! I am working on a 3.3.5 project. Let me tell you about it and then ask for an opinion on something.
It is a level 70 WotLK server with all content *including WOTLK content* professionally revamped to fit the appropriate level (This includes items not taking a patch, same with weapons to be useable, aswell as bosses in ICC won't be 1shotting because I am doing everything I have to for making this work!). Now for a question

Should it be i70 with low-ranked gear
OR
Leveling to 70 with low/mid rates?

Make a level chooser 1-70 or 1-80 and the players can do wth they want ?

Okay, so yeah (sorry forgot I commented on this and went to bed).

If I had to choose between those options, I would honestly say leveling to 70 with mid rates. It forces people to actually play and adds a sense of mild competition. With my experience, unless you have a huge traffic market to push to, the instant servers flop and are only used tuesdays when live servers are down.

Is it possible to add rewards to quests like say 50 (insert your emblem reward) for the end of a quest chain so people have some elite gear when they hit 70?
