    External IP working but not DNS

    I have recently been trying to put my 3.3.5a ArcEmu server online. I have ran into a problem that has become quite annoying. I had been adding NPCs on the server via LAN connection by setting the realm address to my LAN address. I can also set my realm address to my external IP and connect to the server outside of the network by setting my realmlist.wtf file to my external IP. When I set my realm address to my DNS and set my realmlist.wtf file to the DNS that I set up through No-Ip it will show "Connecting" for around 20 seconds then show "Login server down" I know for a fact that I have my ports forwarded correctly, I am pretty sure that my host files are correct also since they are redirecting to my DNS server (I have also tried taking out the LAN redirect, still didn't work). My firewall on my router is disabled and my Windows firewall has been set so the forwarded ports are allowed through at all times.
    Here is my host file edit.
    Code:
    192.168.1.xx DNSHERE
    EXTERNAL-IP DNSHERE
    Someone mentioned setting the realm.conf file to my external ip address then trying to connect using the DNS in my realmlist.wtf which takes me directly to unable to connect.
    I seriously have put 20 hours+ into trying to figure this out, please someone help. The problem does not need to be solved immediately since I only want 1-2 other people to connect for the time being but later I want people to connect via the address I set up.
    Another person wanted me to check if I was running the DUC program that No-IP gives, I am and the host is updated and everything is running smoothly in that aspect.

    It seems like a config problem still, not host file. Did you make sure you did both sections in the realms.conf?

    Sounds like it's failing here. VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV
    Code:
    <LogonServer Address = "DYNAMIC-DNS-HERE"
                 Port = "8093"
                 Name = "Default Logon"
                 RealmCount = "1">
    Code:
    <Realm1 Name = "REALMNAME"
    	Address = "EXTERNAL-IP-HERE:8129"
    	Icon = "PVP"
    	Population = "1.0"
    	TimeZone = "3">
    EDIT: Also if that's not the case can you please post your "realms.conf" and "logon.conf".
