vMaps issue (2.4.3)

Hi there old MMOwned
Really need help with my server, I'm having some problems with the vmaps. I'm using the mangos-one 2.4.3 trunk but I can't get the vmaps_assembler working.
It just pops up for a half second and then disappears. So I found some threads on internet with vMaps wich people had uploaded, for 2.4.3.
But I get this error instead from the mangosd.exe.

2012-04-27 20:31:15 ERROR:VMap file './vmaps/000.vmtree' is missing or point to wrong version vmap file, redo vmaps with latest vmap_assembler.exe program
2012-04-27 20:31:15 ERROR:Correct *.map files not found in path './maps' or *.vmtree/*.vmtile files in './vmaps'. Please place *.map and vmap files in appropriate directories or correct the DataDir value in the mangosd.conf file.

Got any clue why the vmap_assembler doesn't work or why I get this error?
Please help me out!

cmon, run console applications trough the console and you will see that you need to provide 2 arguments for the extractor to work! (Raw dir and output dir)
