Anyone have MiniManager Item Icons?

I'm using a Mangos repack with MiniManager web interface and can't seem to get any icons to display properly... I've tried setting the

$get_icons_from_web         =  true;

in the config files but still no luck... all my items display the same question mark icon. There was a topic in the Mangos support forums a while where a guy offered them up for download to just drop in the folder so they're local, but it's since been deleted.

Anyone have these icons/images that could put them up somewhere for me to grab? There's literally no other source for them online so you'd probably be doing more than just me a favor
