MoP empty server?

Hi, I am trying to find an empty MoP 5.0 sandbox server.
I just need to be able to log in to the game.
No NPCs, SQL DBs, or anything.

Are there any 5.0 servers out yet?
Or code I can modify to work for the MoP build number?

I am will to modify and compile if there is a source code for one that will work.
