Logon.exe error & Going Public

I'm having an interesting error that I've never run into before. I'm messing around with my config files to make it so I can access it (I have it hosted on a virtual server) and I'm not sure if I did something wrong or if this is just being weird.
Can anyone tell me what this error is?

If you need me to post the config files, I can, but I'm hoping logon.exe is saying is enough:

well thank you if you shouldent write it i should never know it okay the port will be 25505 i will add an picture for ya


(you can only cahnge it in config\logon open it and scrol ldown little or you dont need and when you see this cahnge it to that
