Some critters ignore attacks and do not agro, and setting xp Configs to .5 wont work?

Can anyone confirm this issue is collison being on?, Some creatures ignore being attacked and merely keep doing their thing as you kill them.

Also, can XP configs (and other similiar configs, such as drop rates) be set to .# below 1? or do only multiples of 1 work.

ArcEmu switched to Mangos maps and vector maps (bad idea in my opinion) which basically screwed up collision and now it barely works at all, when before it worked brilliantly. /cheer

Disable collision or make do with ArcEmu.

Dropping rate configurations lower than 1 won't work. IMO, I appreciate the fact that you'd like to hustle for whatever rate you're dropping, but it's strenuous enough at 1x lmao.
