100% Amazing website tutorial!

I've been looking for hours, tryed thousands of stuff, but i havent found the solution.

I got my server up, pretty well a lot of stuffs are completede and im quite sure i can finish it easily. But that god damn website! I've had few websites up by using /apache, but i have never connected to my SQL/HeidiSQL. I've redone the config information a lot of times and no way i still could be wrong.
My next problem is, how to i make a website that other people can enter? I need a fully tutorial or help to do this.

I think you did everything right, your ports just weren't open so people from the outside couldn't connect .

i've opened all needed ports :/. I just want a tutorial or help from the start so i can start over and do it all complete.

You meant your website cant connect to mysql.

Try double checking your configs in your website.
