How i can connet to server with not ip but like name of site? i mean not ip but something like that wow-followup.no-ip.org when i write in realms.conf it doesnt work what i need to do to that work

If you have hosting with a company that offered a free 'domain name' and has cPanel, you can create a 'subdomain' for it then tell people that and it should work since its linked to your servers IP (even if they used ####.com)

Did you not read the guide I linked? You register a domain name on dyndns, no-ip, or whatever you want. It will be a web address that you specify which is tied to your external ip. you forward all the necessary ports in your router and give your clients the web address to put in their realmlist's. This is basic stuff man. Not that hard to do at all.
