Can anyone help me out with adding account registration to my website?

Hey all, I have a trinity server and a website and am looking to make an account creation page for the website, but have no idea how to.
If anyone can help, that'd be awesome.

On a side note, I'm hiring 1+ more developers to help set up my server fully and I'm paying very very well, and it's not too complex of work.

1. download xampp.
2. Filebeam - Beam up that File Scottie! (website)
3. navigate to C:/xampp/htdocs
4. put web there & edit configs
5. goto 127.0.0.1
6. profit.
