Phasing question

Is there any way I can make every phase unique? So it solves this thing: If I join phase 6 or any else I will see the phase 2 and it's gobjects people in it. Is there any way I can solve this? Or post any other solution that fits better if can. Thanks in advance.

Every double is a unique phase.

Short way: it's a bitwise operator, but i doubt he even knows what that is.
