    WhyDB SQL error

When I try to import WhyDB to my database I get this error for some tables:

    Code:
Script line: 41	You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '.65278,0.925814),(11800,-0.347222,-0.347222,0,0.347222,0.347222,1.05556,0.720886' at line 1
I have got the latest revision through SVN and MySQL 5.5.8 (which is the same like WhyDB)

    What am I doing wrong?

    Regards

Not sure what it is, but I'll throw out a guess .
Sometimes when you import an sql file with Navicat you get an error so you have to use another SQL program to import it with such as Sqlyog . There's tons of Sql importing software out there . Just try a different one then the one your using .

Thanks, but I tried it with the official WhyDB Tool, Navicat, MySQL Query Browser and even phpmyadmin, don't think it's because of that.

And not all files cause errors, just a few like Item.sql or gameobject_names.sql

Try Sqlyog, Phpmyadmin isn't the best for importing sql files .

I've always used the MySQL version 5.1 I think that is why you are having trouble. completely uninstall the version you have and install the MySQL 5.1 then try the tool file in WhyDB. I think that will solve your problem.

    So Install MySQL 5.1

    Then run Tool.bat in WhyDB.

any more questions i'll be glad to help.
