Hey guys

Okay, so Im not 100% sure this should go in THIS section, however, I assume it has to do with serverside... But I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to edit the message that should usually appear here:

I assume it probably has to do with the server, but not 100% sure. However, Im willing to take the step, if it requires something from the server AND a custom patch. Basically, I just wanna know how its done, no matter what it takes x)

I've seen a few guides on how to do this but I can't remember what you had to do and whether it required a client edit.

I think it loads the news from a webpage, but you could change it in the realmlist? Or client? I honestly can't remember.

And my google searching skills are failing today.
