Trinity World Trainer / Professions Trainer in one NPC?

having a World Trainer & Profession Trainer in One NPC is that possible for trinity?
if so, How? and is it compilable to a .sql file with scripts in it. ( if needed )

just update different class trainers to 1 npc and make every spell require one of that classes starting spells.
