Boss dodge

i tryed to make a script for a boss that uses overpower but, i found in a way that he hits you with overpower spell even if he misses and that should happen only on dodge.
So can someone give me an advice how to make the script work?

i use trinity core last rev.

oh and how i send a message to the player chat or in the middle of the screen ?
