WoW Client question

Well my client and wow folder is enUS, I'm trying to get the older wow clients pre-tbc and tbc on my laptop, but wondering would I be able to use a enGB client and still be able to play on private servers for these clients just fine even though I'm a enUS?

And I also have tbc disc, will that patch up one of the lower clients up to 2.4.3 or will it just install burning crusade data to the files/clients?

I don't really understand the question.

enGB clients can play on enUS servers and visa versa, however I'm not sure whether patches for enGB can be applied to enUS clients, and visa versa.

They can u just have to modify some small terminations (enUS or enGB depends on what patch u want to apply) to MPQ files from enUS or enGB folder
