Cannot connect to logonserver

Alright so I configured my server and when I run arcemu-world it wont connect to the logon server. I have tried everything and can't figure out how to do it. If anyone knows what causes the world.exe to not connect to logon server than please let me know. This is really frustrating.

You haven't read the world.conf and logon.conf correctly.

Lines 61-63 of logon.conf

 This directive controls the password used to authenticate with the worldserver.
*    It must be the same between the two configs. If it is not, your server will
*    not register.

Line 82: logon.conf

<LogonServer RemotePassword = "change_me_logon"

Line 510 world.conf

             RemotePassword = "change_me_world">

Make them both the same, and save the configs.
