Can't start worldserver.exe

Try and be a little more informative.

Have you copied the configs, edited them to your server and changed the file endings from the src folder if you compiled yourself?

Yes i have compiled the server myself.I'm using trinity core rev. 10868 , database YTDB_0.14.1_R580_TC_R11004_TDBAI_335.0.3_RuDB_R38. 6
And yes i have configured everything

run the worldserver through cmd.exe to make it stop quick closing, and post a picture of the error in the prompt.

still no result even with the cmd start. but i have a log:

It really does look like you don't have the configs in the folder, can you please confirm there is worldserver.conf and authserver.conf in the same folder as your .exes?
