Creating TBC Character -> Disconnect from Server

Hi,
I downloaded TBC now and tried to make a character on my own Server (Selfcompiled Arcemu rev3677 | Client 3.3.5a).
I set my account flags to 8 and restarted the server.
The BC characters are now not grey anymore, but if I try to create one, it disconnects me from the server. (Regardless if I try to make a Horde or Alliance Character | Also tried on different accounts)
AllowTBCCharacters is set to 1 in optional.conf, so this cant be the problem.
I also checked the console for errors - But there's no error.

Isn't 3677 a Wotlk Revision of Arcemu?
