NPC Tele Issue

Having an issue with a telporter npc, I followed a guide on another forum to the letter and no one seems to know whats going on with it on that one so heres what I've got in the sql


here is a file version I tried to do in the query window with substantially more locations

basically either way I try to do it I end up with an NPC and no chat dialog, he's just kinda there.

Can you click on the NPC to get a window but that has no Text or can you not click on the NPC at all apart from select it. I ask this because the NPC has to be a certain type in the Database for you to be able to click on him
