NPC Interaction issues

Just go my Mangos server up and running off a repack, and it's working really nicely, except that i can't interact with alot of the NPC that i should be able to, i.e. can't mount the horses in TOC, quest that have items that need to be used on an NPC doesn't work, etc etc. Anybody know about these/other issues, and know how to fix them? Thanks alot for your help

Prob just the repack that haven't got these proper scripted, my advise, dont use repacks

Either the repack is quite outdated - and no scripts were included.

Or you would have to find some scripts/make some yourself. Look in the guides on how to do all this.
