Vendor script

I'm looking for a script that allow's players to view the content of the vendor, and lets them shift click it to see it on themselves, etc.. but when they try to buy it the vendor tell's them they cant, unless they are a certain gm rank, and when they are that GM rank or above, they can buy it with no problem, if you can help, please let me know, or point me in right direction
