custom worgen race help

Hey um I just swapped a race for a worgen id display and i made a new starting area and everything, just i want their whole race to have a spell similar to the one in cata.
Can someone tell me how to make a spell similar to a druid's dash except a speed boost by 95% that lasts for about a 25 seconds with a cooldown of 25 seconds also? it would be appreciated :P

I don't think you will be able to create a hole new spell. I'm not sure but i believe you have to create a new patch or modify an existing one.

Yeah as far as I know you have to Modify an Existing spell, You can probably take some rarely used NPC spell and edit it in the DBC files for your server

You don't need to edit the server's dbc files at all, if you have even a tiny amount of C++ knowledge you can use arcemu's Hackfixes.cpp to add, copy and modify spells.
