    Haste/Atk Speed glitch...Need help

    Hi i need some help with how to lower the hard and soft attck speed cap. (similar to Eternion's speed) Right now i need 100k haste for 0.00 and its not even fast lol... its like stuck at 1.00 speed even if i have like 356346463 haste. I have been searching this topic for about 4 hours and havent found much... A response is greatly appreciated Running arcemu btw

    i think i did it... not for sure... edited some lines in player.cpp and player.h

    still unresolved tho...
