Best GM TOOL

Hello boys , I am using ArcEmu again , now I want to know if anyone know a good gm-admin tool that be a "commands helper" in game , because its not good put all comands 1x1 . Some time ago I tried a re-pack(3.09) and Gm island was cool(with a big list of NPC) , now no :S
