I just need help configuring the rates for a medium rate server (+Rep)

Hello =) ,

I finally figured out how to get my server up with my own custom realmlist,

I am only stuck on configuring the server rates, and was hoping that you guys could
fill the rates out to what they should be around for a medium rate realm - Like Toxic-wow
(Chronic domination) - WoW legacy or crusade gaming, those are the rates I'm looking for but i just can't seem to get even close because i haven't done this in years ...

Please just fill it out to what it should look like and I'll work from there, and +Rep of course

I heard that 1x = 0.01x so if you put them all at 100x it would be around 20x rates which would be blizzlike medium rate....

I just tried using your rates and its no where near what i was looking for... I want it to be medium rate blizzlike - like one of these servers:

I just can't seem to get it right because there is so much to modify, including the "power 1 - "power 2 " etc which i don't know if it should stay at 1 or put it to 2-3 ..... can someone please fill out the xp rates thing with the rates for a blizzlike medium rate? something to work from... i wont keep it exactly the same .. i just need to see what it would be around
