You buy a domain, and setup a subdomain. Do some googleing on how to go about doing this.

Most hostings have a DNS settings option.
If you have a domain you can set up a subdomain with that and link it to your ip so that if someone types logon.yourdomainhere.com in there realmlist they will be redirected to like the ip you want (example) 45.323.633.73.
