TrinityCore is stabler and less buggy, but as its MaNGOS based a lot of things are designed for whats best for the system not whats easy to learn. Theres no LUA support cus theyr pretty buggy and crudy, scripts are all in C++, meaning your gunna have to learn some relitavly hard stuff to customize a great deal, scripts and game mechanics generally, making NPC's etc is a breeze still. Commands are more powerful than in ArcEmu but often actually require learning, is an addon, TrinityAdmin, which makes that easy. Theres also less repacks of it so might need a source compile to get the latest and greatest stuff
Trinity are normally behind MaNGOS, and sometimes ArcEmu, for supporting patches, because of MaNGOS's branches system. TrinityCore developers dont really do dev versions. As a linux user iv also found TrinityCore is much better than ArcEmu for supporting Linux, dunno if TrinityCore is bad at windows though, dont use it
