Server loading problems...

when im starting up my server it takes forever for it to load it freezez at 0 guilds loaded
and a few other spots like 43 spell overrides loaded
ive recompiled the server like 3 times i know i compiled in release its like it works but takes foreverrrr to finish loading everything.
i know its not my computer cause i was using a repack a few days ago and it loaded up in like less than a minute right now its taking like 15+min ive tryed uninstalling everything and reinstalling it still nothing...
its driving me crazyyyy >.< WTH am i doing wrong???

ive even tryed going back to running a repack insted of compiling my own server and its still freezing >.< somone help !!!!! pleaseee
