Port Forwarding

Well I was wanna do Port Forwarding for my WoW PServer, But i noticed my ISP (Internet servers provider) didnt allow ports from 0-1023 Becease they don't want to let us run servers,
As you can see here the port is 80, which is between 0 and 1023 which they won't let us. Anybody has an idea how to change the port '80 Webserver' ? (Port 8129 World and 3724 Realmlist already are Port forwarded), How i get those online ???

I have the same problem with my ISP, they blocked port 80 (the most critical one, that serves for receiving incoming connections from the web), your only solution would be to talk with your ISP or look at some page that know how to portforward like portforward.com/, sadly my router is password locked. I have physically access to it, so If anyone could help me here I would appreciate it.
