    Look through the arcemu SVN (svn://arcemu.info/svn) in the tags section you might find something of use, if I remember right they're usually stable-ish when they go in there. AS for compiling ArcEmu, look in their wiki (http://arcemu.org/wiki) and here on mmowned search for "compiling ascent" or "compiling arcemu" for additional help.
