Logon Server Ports 8093 and 3724 not binding?

Ok, i have recently acquired a dedicated server and i have uploaded my ArcEmu core that i have compiled myself just recently, and set everything up. But whenever i try to run my logonserver it runs and loads perfectly fine all the way to the end where it says
"Bind unsuccessful on port 3724. Bind successful on port 8093. Hooking signals..."

and then shuts down. Anyone have any insight on why this may be happening?

Hello! Try changing the following number in your logon.conf.

<Listen Host = "0.0.0.0"
ISHost = "0.0.0.0"
RealmListPort = "3724"
ServerPort = "8093">

TO:

<Listen Host = "0.0.0.0"
ISHost = "0.0.0.0"
RealmListPort = "3725"
ServerPort = "8093">

And it will use port 3725 instead of 3724.

Thanks for your help, but i found out how to fix it, i changed the listen and IS host to 0.0.0.0 and the listen host in world to 0.0.0.0 and opened my ports... for some reason when i used my external IP there it would cause them not to bind
