    NPC Messed Up Speed

    On my private server all the NPCs are really fast, their walk speed is 2,5, which is normal, but they are still running around like they were having a sugar rush. And their run speed is 8, yet they walk. Though, I have this little issue, that all the NPCs are this way. Is there any way to fix this, and fix it on all npcs at once? I use both NaviCat and HeidiSQL. ;D

    The Server is a 3.3.5 ArcEmu server.
