My ISP banned, looking for solutions

Ok, i didn't know what title to choose, so you might be a little confused. Me and my friends want to play on a tbc server. The problem is the retarded admin banned our ISP. When we try to log in we remain stuck at connecting, so i tried to find a solution. Do you have any ideea on what we could do? These are my ideeas:
    - Mask our IPs to look like we're from a diffrent ISP
    - Change the packets the client sends with the info of our IP when logging in

There are hundreds of servers, go play on another one. Also, i doubt they banned your ISP. I'd be willing to bet it was a simple IP ban, probably because you pissed them off. Maybe if you ask them nicely, they'll let you back in.

Most DSL and cable modems are assigned an ip address via the isp's DHCP server. If you unplug your modem for 5 min or so, then restart it, you will usually get a new ip.

Yes, they did ban the whole RDS ISP, biggest internet provider in romania, the server i'm talking about is last-wow, feel free to check the forums if you don't belive me.
    I don't have a router, or a modem, i'm using fiberlink
How is it possible for me to mask my IP in an application?

I hate to poke fun at your problem here but Romania is banned from another 2.43 server I used to play on lol.

    anyways.

what is that program called. Hotspot shield or something? it changes your ip to random ones but some servers block the usage of the program.
