Character Creation Leading to instant disconnection.

i've googled my ass off to no avail i've searched these forums many times and found things that are directly relevant to my problem but provide no solution. Basically the problem is, i log on super fast and everythings ok, i get into my server, i customize my character, then when i press OK to make the character i get an instant disconnection then when i log back in there is no character.

If you know a solution to this such as forwarding my ports or getting a new database, please provide atleast a link or some solution as to how to obtain or preform what you tell me to do. With your post if you need additional information i will link it in an additional post on this same thread. be it configs, realmlists, databases, or ports. Thanks.
