Cannot connect to realmlis Server

m trying to make public a private server ive configured everything rigth but when i try to connect just "Cannot connect to realmlis Server" shows up
some1 knows how to solve that?

also i tried a realm looping too , wich results on being able to connect to the server but , theres no realm on and in the console it says realms is closed due to socket .. something
