Creating a new Private server , No experience , lots of questions =P

Hi guys my name is João Im from Portugal and im creating a private server for me and some pals, Because i dont have much experience im looking for the most simple way of doing it so.
The Server its Suposed to be a fun realm , not many people ( this is sort of a test ill maybee turn it more public if it turns out good =))

In my fun fun server i want to have lots of costume items,some raids with correct boss loots and soo on i would like to have some teleporters or portals and mats vendors aswell and fly enabled on azeroth if possible.

What are the basics for a private server? i have found a lot of info about difrent emulators and so on and i fell like i am drowning in so much info can someone help me out? =)


I have been reading and i found something about repacks.
Can it be the easier solution? If it is so, are there any you would recomend ( i do want it to be 3.3.5 like the server im currently playing in so me and my felows can easely change servers with much truble) or a 3.3.3a/3.30 ould be less bugged/glitched ? <--- Clarified =) im going to chose pryd's Repack
But now i have a new question can someone post a easy tutorial in how to make a trinity core up n runing?

About costume things , i have been creating my items based on wow vendetta website how can i further add the to my server ( know how to get the in game im just confused about inporting them to the server)

About registering , and making the server public.
How do i create a website in order people can register my server? and about realmslist when i create my server what is it supose to be? my ip adresse?


i know im a bit confused but i thank any help that i can get =)

Basicly i got a question for you, do you want to compile and make your OWN server from scratch? or are you cool with someones Repack aswell that does more or less that?

Im cool with someones repack =) i just want the "basic stuff" with the possibiliti to add my stuff aswell =)

Allright well best Repac i found so far is Pryd Repack! That is the post, and DL to lastest repack and vmap installer is on post #1708. Good Luck.
