After I heard that LuaHypArc is a part of the ArcEmu core. So does that mean I can reload scripts in-game ?

Aye, but the reload function can be very buggy and break a lot of scripts. It should only be used as an emergency or if your debugging small matters.

In the arcemu-world console, just type "reloadscripts". A full restart is required if you encounter weird or random errors that make you go "WTF".
